[STEP 5] ROUND 3 ASSIGNMENT! [CLOSED]

CRITIQUES:

Hanii - Hani's voice is basically very good. I think it will blend very good with others. As what i can hear her timing is excellent too. The only thing that really annoys me is that she defenitely needs more control in her voice. Either she just jumps upside down with her voice sometimes or she really overdoes it with the high notes. I think especially at group parts you need control because if you're the only one outstanding it sounds like crap. Shortened, She is very talented but with some more exercise she could become really good.

Hanna - Congratulations on making it this far! On a personal note, you've improved a lot since the last time I've heard you. There were a couple mispronunciations, such as "shuuchuuryoku" where you said "Shuuchuuroku" without the "ryo". Energy is good, but sometimes it's a bit too strong for this song. For example, in the first chorus when you sing "kono mama" you make it staccato, which would've sounded more natural if you sang it just straight through. Try singing a bit more smoothly next time. We look forward to seeing you in OhimePro's next auditions!

Izumi - Congratulations on passing! You, my friend, are brilliant. I love your voice, how it's almost soft and soothing yet so powerful when you belt. Pronunciation is also good. Sometimes, although very rarely, you hold the note an inch too long. But I'm being VERY picky when I say that... because there's nothing else I can think of critiquing you on. So other than that, I cannot say that any part of your recording was flawed. Good luck in the next round!!!

Lily - She has a strong, mature voice, but the energy needs work. Good job though.

Lena - I wanna keep this short. Lena has a really cute voice. Well, she is not the matured voice type so i think OHP needs her so we can keep OHP in the middle of too cute and too mature. Though she needs major improvement in energy and power, 2 things essential in this project. And she has these 'pops' and 'huffs' in her lines. It quite hard to edit those parts in mixing.

Luru - Luru has a really sweet pop voice. Although some her notes are too strained making someone think she has a hard time singing the song. And her mic is somewhat different. And she's struggling in the high notes. But her energy is really good.

My - Strong voice, but she sung in her headvoice where I know she really didn't have to. If she had a tiny bit more energy, I KNOW she could have continued with her chest voice. She did a good job either way.

Risa - This is probably too direct again, but I don't think Risa is qualified to join our project because I can't really see a real plus in her voice, something that she can do better than other points. Her timing is sometimes off because she's stretching notes too much which can be a real bother while mixing and her control is even worse than Hani's. She's not only jumping upside down, it seems that she doesn't even can hit easy notes. I barely heard only one word that was in the right pitch. I think she needs muuch more practice before she can become a good singer.
