Auditionees first stop: ROUND 1!

Hello everyone! Welcome to the official thread of Otomehimeproject’s 5th Generation Auditions, “Seasons Auditions”! Do you have what it takes to be a princess? Audition Now!

First of all, this is Nina, OHP’s leader and I’m here to orient you on how to become a part of OHP! I want to thank you guys for being in this page and reading this. Thank you for showing interest in our auditions! So okay, how do you get in? You have to pass this audition! And I’m already warning you, auditions here are hard. I’m not scaring you though. But we actually want to keep a low member count and that makes the competition harder especially when there would be a lot of auditionees.

Here’s a little history of OHP. OHP is a dubbing group and was formed two years ago with 5 founding members, Hanahime. Then  4 auditions passed and we were able to add 2 Kiramekihime, 3 Amaihime, and 4 Sorahime. However we already had 3 graduations but one of them is now back in the project. So this just shows that once an OHP member, always and OHP member (Unless you were kicked out due to multiple offenses). Our current member count is 12. We want to keep it a small number because for one, we want OHP to be a close family. Smaller members can interact more with each other and we can be really good and real friends this way.

Okay, now about the auditions! This year’s audition is called Seasons auditions because OHP’s 5th generation is named, Kisetsuhime or Princess of Seasons. Seasons bring change. And most of it is good change. And we are looking for girls who are like the seasons—girls who can bring good change to this project. Also, each season is unique. We also want girls who are unique in not only their voices, but also personalities they can contribute towards the betterment of the project.

Those are the specifics we would want but of course, generally we want girls who love Japanese music, specifically Hello! Project songs. But we wouldn't want girls who are restricted to only that. We appreciate girls who also know other songs and genres. Also we want friends, so girls who can get along well with others are also good. And of course, girls who know and have/follow the dubbing generalities: voice (includes timing, pronunciation, pitch, etc.), mic quality, and activity.

Now you know that, let’s proceed to ROUND 1!

Seasons Auditions ROUND 1 has officially begun!

Rules: No foul play. Be friendly. Be punctual. You can run around the forum and talk with everyone. Just don’t start or fuel fights.

So, anyone is free to audition! To do so, just fill in the form below. Also, we require auditionees to submit a minimum of 1 minute recording of them singing in acapella any Japanese song. Again, we need your audition files in acapella. Acapella, means no accompaniment, no instrumentals. Also please do not put in harmonies. You can upload your mp3 files in any host site as long as they don’t expire. You can use mediafire.com or box.net.
After you’ve filled in the form, send it along with the link to your audition file to our channel via youtube inbox. Again, send your forms and audition links by sending it as a message to our youtube channel (OtomeHimeProject).
