Will most likely be on singing hiatus for a while D:

Okay, so the day I've feared for so long finally came true the other day... my recording computer died D:
The screen just went all crazy and now it can't even start... My dad has handed it over to a guy who knows a lot about computers, but it's possible that it can't be fixed, seeing that it's getting quite old for a computer.
I feel so frustrated having 3 computer but only one of them can record, and it's of course the oldest one >.<

If it can't be fixed my dad says that we'll have to install something that can make recording work on one of the 2 others, but that might also take some time since the service in computer stores here are sooooo good and sooooooo super fast -_-

So I don't know exactelly how long this will take, so I'll most likely need to be covered in the songs that I haven't turned in lines for yet, which are Sono Bamen and Time Machine. But since I'm mixing Time Machine, it really depends on how long people care to wait x3

It really pisses me off but there's not really much I can do about it, other than wait and see >.<
If it can't be fixed and if I can't get recording to work on one of my other computers, I'm fearing that fandubbing might be over for me T___T

Can't you just borrow my pc next sunday or something?
But no, you just HAVE to be unsocial and forget that I live in the same town as you XD

Kitty-chama, why can't you record with other computers? o___o Audacity is free right? and microphones can be plugged in to any computer right? :OO

Her other computers just doesn't work with her mic, I think :S

Maybe audacity just doesn't read the audio preferences right because the mic device is "new" to it. She could try adjusting the preferences in audacity, maybe... JUST MAYBE it would work? XD

Computers just seem to hate me T_T
I honestly don't know why I can't record with my other computers... even now that the mic is connected by usb portal, it just doesn't record ):
On my school computer I can kinda understand since it isn't exactelly your numer one wanted computer to put it that way(even though it already had audacity installed when I got it >.<).
But on my daily-used computer.... I just don't know why it won't record :/

Maybe your computer settings for recording are different? This happened to me before (when I got a new computer). Maybe the default recording device isn't your mic?
